larian

aku kne tanamkan dalam diri minggu depan kne start joging balik. dah many many months aku xjoging. badan dah xbest...

kepada sesapa yg slalu kata 'eleh badan dah kurus pun nak joging lagik'  tu sila pk balik ye..kita wajib bersenam at least 3x per week..for HEALTHY bukan sbb nak kurus
